Overview
Refurbishment of an existing restaurant on the busy Finikoudes Street in Larnaka, giving it a new character within the concept of an Italian Tratoria. The challenge was to create the external space which can be used at any time of day and any day of the year. Papa designed a canopy that can be transformed according to the weather or occasion and can be moved for the fire brigade access. The kitchen was designed so that the chef’s work is visible from the street and can attract people strolling on this busy seafront street of Larnaka.
