Overview

Change of Use and refurbishment of an existing 3 floor space in a very central location of Nicosia. The existing premises have a history as ‘Kafenion Hadjisavva’ and used to be a snack bar and cafeteria, before it was completely destroyed by fire some years ago. The challenge was the requirement for a quick and economic restoration into a transformable space that will accommodate periodic exhibition installations.
