Overview

The house is composed of various volumes, rotated or at right angles between them, creating interesting external elevations and internal layout. The connection of the interior spaces with the external lounging areas, barbecue and swimming pool played an important role in the layout arrangement. The clients opted for the minimalist style, with clean volumes and modern materials. The positioning of the house on site took advantage of the corner plot and the natural differences in levels, achieving a separate basement entrance for the garage area.
