Overview

Private residence on a 640m2 corner plot, laid out over three levels, including basement which is accessible from the street at the lower ground. The clients’ requirements were for a contemporary design, with a practical layout and the creation of airy spaces. The ‘L’ shaped layout helps in the organisation of all main spaces around the swimming pool and barbecue areas. The design takes advantage of the natural contours of the site, creating a separate service entrance for the garage, the boiler rooms and the maid’s quarters in the lower ground level.
