Overview
Papa formed a joint venture with ALA Planning Partnership (Planning and Environmental consultants) and was commissioned by the government to proceed with the preparation of master plans regarding the above distant villages. The existing situation in most villages was abandonment and deterioration of Architectural Heritage. Following detail recording of the current situation various proposals were prepared and presented to the inhabitants, based on their input and meetings with the local councils.
