The six houses of ‘Phase 1’ have been completed, while a license has been achieved for a total development of 22 houses. The houses are part of a private gated complex, with public and private roads and green areas. The clients wanted a traditional looking design but with a modern twist. The practicality of the spaces inside and outside makes the overall layout ideal for a holiday home.
