Overview

This four bedroom house in the suburbs of Lefkosia is designed all on ground floor, with a split level connection to the kitchen and day room in order to follow the natural ground line and avoid retaining walls. The building’s landscape steps down with another two split levels, thus achieving a more natural siting in the existing environment. Traditional materials were used, like the ceramic roof tiles, the timber columns for the external pergolas, the exposed timber roof and the stone boulders for the landscape retaining.
