Overview

The existing two storey main building sits right on the front boundary with the public road, while a secondary building sits on the rear boundary. An arched entrance leads from the public road and through the main building into the internal courtyard created between the two buildings. The renovation incorporates a new metal structure along the side boundary connecting the two existing buildings and retaining the internal courtyard. An important part of the renovation are the heating and cooling services and location of plant room.
